You describe the problem
In your own words. Not a feature list — what breaks today and what it costs you.
The point is not the process. The point is that at any moment you can ask what was agreed, what was charged and what was delivered — and get an answer with evidence.
Nothing here is skipped to move faster. The step that gets skipped is always the one somebody wants back at the end.
In your own words. Not a feature list — what breaks today and what it costs you.
Capabilities, scale, integrations, data, constraints and — importantly — what we still do not know. That structured record, not the conversation, is what gets priced.
Is there a cheaper ready product? Is custom development genuinely needed? Would a smaller first phase do? Whatever it finds is recorded and shown to you.
From a versioned cost model, deterministically. Where we do not hold real cost data, a specialist prices it — you do not get a confident number nobody stands behind.
Low confidence, elevated risk, custom work, an unusual amount — any one of those routes the deal to a person before you see it.
The exact figures, scope and exclusions you agreed to are fingerprinted. If anything differs at acceptance, the acceptance is refused.
Delivery cannot begin before payment is confirmed. That is enforced in the database, not just in the interface.
Every release and every download is recorded with time, address and checksum. Good for you, and decisive if a payment is ever disputed.

Everything above follows from that sentence. You do not need to know the technical answer, and the first piece of work is on us.
